Sound Healing

Sound healing is an ancient healing system that has been practised for hundreds of years. It uses sonic waves and vibrations that resonates from instruments to help to dissolves trauma and reset cells to their natural patterns. It is also know as sound therapy.

Sound healing works on such a deep cellular level that it can relax muscles and tissues, reduces inflammation and eases pain. It creates balance with the automatic nervous system (rest and digest) which calms stress.

Sound therapy allows the body to accelerate it’s natural healing abilities and boost recovery. As the healer I am just a conduit for your healing process.  I provide the tools to allow your body to heal.

Clinical trials have shown the sounds can help with

  • Insomnia
  • Chronic pain
  • Hearing difficulties
  • Depression and anxieties
  • Stress
  • High Blood Pressure
  • Recovery from major operations
  • And many more..
