With Julie’s background in Myotherapy and Remedial Massage she can help with rehabilitation and postural training.

Sessions are normally held at my house or in a local park. There is an option to travel to your house however prices may vary.

Mum’s and Bub’s Fitness

Want to train with your little one??? Can bring your baby along and use as great resistance training!!  Happy to train one on one, or groups.  Great way to connect with your mother’s group.
