Your remedial massage therapist Julie combines a series of hands on and visual techniques to assess and manipulate the body to release deep muscle tension and trigger points. In your treatment we will discuss your client history and do a physical assessment. After looking at this I will determine where the problem areas are and treat with a series of techniques ranging from: Deep tissue massage and release, Trigger point therapy, Dry needling, Cupping, Myofascial Release, Acupressure, Mobilisation, Stretching, Corrective exercises, Pre and Post natal Treatments.
We offer myotherapy, remedial massage, pregnancy massage and a simple relaxing massage.
